At Runners High 'n Tri, we offer great service with great selection of shoes for you.   Sure, you may be able to find some of the shoes on the internet or big chain stores but why not supporting small business like us who take time in fitting the right type of footwear for you."



Our shoe fitting process will take about 10 - 15 minutes.  (It could take longer if you have been dealing with re-occurring injury, etc.)  Bringing in your old pair of running/work out shoes is also highly recommended as we can gather more information about your foot type.
